JD Power Names Cadillac 'Customer Service Champion'

JP Power has listed their winners of the 2012 Customer Service Champion honor. Of 800 companies followed, only 50 rated this highly. To make the grade a company must not only show superior customer satisfaction in their industry, but also across the 20 industries followed by JD Power. Congrats to Cadillac.
