Cadillac CELESTIQ - Design Themes for Inspiration

Not long ago, we spotted trademarks GM filed for that suggested a set of variations on the CELESTIQ.

At the time, we guessed that these might be design themes that Cadillac would use to inspire customers as they looked at all their options.

It appears we were pretty close to the mark. Each of these themes are shown on the Cadillac CELESTIQ site. Interestingly, each theme combines one exterior color with two possible variations of an interior color scheme. One interior scheme is more subdued and another uses the same colors for a bolder choice. For instance, Magnetic brings a bright blue and black combination. One version theme using the blue for lower doors and and black on the dash. The bolder design scheme takes that bright blue and puts it across the majority of the dash with the black now on the lower doors.

These themes might be enough for some customers, but Cadillac has pushed that each CELESTIQ can be fully customized for each customer. The design themes here are likely how the CELESTIQ concierge and design staff will start the conversation with each buyer. A plethora of colors and materials on offer as well as the company being willing to work with customers to do things that are unique will certainly mean most CELESTIQs will be different than these design themes.

Let’s take a quick look at the various design themes below.
